Pete and Monique hosted the Mercure, Vue Restaurant Midnight Masquerade event for New Year’s Eve 2017, held obviously on 31 December 2016. At the end of the night, with a countdown of the last 10 seconds of 2016, firework are let off from the top of the Auckland Sky Tower marking the start of January 2017.
